What are the delivery charges?
Absolutely FREE! No condition and no hidden charges.
When we ship the package?
At Uoiea, we understand the need to secure and prompt delivery of the package. All orders placed before 1 PM would be dispatched on the same day. However, orders after 1 PM would be dispatched on the very next day.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are generally processed and shipped on the same day, if the order has been placed before 1PM otherwise it is shipped on the very next day.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- Product's availability.
- The destination to which you want the order shipped.
UOIEA logistic partners generally delivers orders within 2-7 Business Days across India. The delivery time varies based on location of the nearest UOIEA Warehouse and availability of the ordered product to that of the delivery address.

Uoiea does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
At times Uoiea prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
