Return Policy
UOIEA offers a full refund, free replacement, and free return with respect to any product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  • Mis-shipment: - All products, regardless of category, are eligible for return or replacement if the item delivered is incorrect or different from the product originally purchased.
  • Damage: - All products, regardless of category, are eligible for return or replacement if the delivered item is found to be damaged or deformed upon receipt.
  • Defective: - All products, regardless of category, are eligible for return or replacement if the delivered item is found to be in a defective condition.
  • Warranty: - UOIEA offers warranty coverage on various products. However, products purchased from unauthorized distributors, resellers, or commission-based websites are not eligible for warranty claims.
    For warranty purposes, defects are defined as imperfections or flaws resulting from manufacturing errors.
    Please note that the following are not covered under warranty:
    Accidental damage (e.g., drops or impact)
    Installation failures or misuse
    Normal wear and tear from regular use
    Any damage caused by the customer or third parties
  • Gift vouchers and promotional gifts are not eligible for returns, replacements, or warranty coverage.
  • To be eligible for a refund, all items included in the bundle must be returned. If any discounted bundled items are not returned, those items will be charged at their full price, and the refund will be processed accordingly based on the adjusted amount.
  • UOIEA uses premium packaging designed to minimize plastic usage. In fact, 97% of our packaging materials are fully decomposable and recyclable to support environmental sustainability.
    Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the product to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately so we can assist you promptly.
  • UOIEA values every consumer and maintains the highest standards of hygiene. Used items are not accepted for return; all returns must be of the original, unused product.
    To ensure full transparency and help validate any reported issues accurately, record an unboxing video of your delivered product. This helps us verify any anomalies and serve you better and eliminate suspicious activities.
Return Process
  • Create return request.
  • Choose the order with an ongoing issue.
  • A UOIEA associate will connect with you promptly to address and evaluate the issue.
  • After evaluation, please package the original product along with the invoice and ensure it is properly sealed before return.
  • Please hand over the sealed package to the return personnel upon their arrival.
Refund Process
A UOIEA associate will contact you via email or phone to obtain your bank account details. The refund process will be initiated and completed by the end of the same day.
