TERMS OF SERVICE

Uoiea Products Private Limited, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides you with access to and use of its websites—including uoiea.in, as well as other internet sites, mobile applications, and social media platforms operated by or for Uoiea—subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Site Terms”).
By accessing, browsing, or using any of the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Site Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Site Terms or do not have the authority to accept them, you are not permitted to use the Sites.

Additional policies and terms may apply to specific sections of the Sites or to the purchase of certain merchandise or services. These additional terms are incorporated into and form a part of the overall Site Terms.

These Site Terms apply solely to your access to and use of the Sites, and do not modify or override the terms of any other agreement you may have with Uoiea for products, services, or any other purpose.

Uoiea reserves the sole right to modify these Site Terms at any time, at its discretion. If any changes are made, the updated Site Terms will be posted on the Sites, along with the date of the most recent revision.
All modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Sites after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Site Terms.

The Sites are operated by an entity based in India. The laws governing the Sites may differ in strictness from the laws in your jurisdiction.
If you access the Sites from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your location.

Subject to applicable law, we:
a) Reserve the right to change the goods and services advertised or offered for sale on the Sites, including prices, specifications, promotional offers, and any other Site materials, at any time and without prior notice or liability to you or any third party.
b) Cannot guarantee the availability of any goods or services advertised or offered for sale on the Sites at the time of ordering or thereafter.
c) Reserve the right to limit the quantities of goods sold or made available for sale.
d) Do not warrant that Site materials—including product descriptions, photographs, or other content—are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from errors.
e) Reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or refuse to process orders (including accepted orders) in cases where pricing or other material information on the Sites is inaccurate or if we detect abuse of our policies. If we cancel your order for these reasons, we will notify you and either not charge you or issue a credit to your original payment method.
Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain implied warranties, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.
Additionally, where required by law, applicable taxes will be added to your order total.

If you use a password to access the Sites or any part of them, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to the device you use to access the Sites. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or through the use of your password.
If you believe your account or password has been compromised in any way, you must notify Uoiea immediately.
Uoiea reserves the right to take any actions it deems necessary or reasonable to protect the security of the Sites and your account. These actions may include, but are not limited to, terminating your account, resetting your password, or requesting additional information to authorize transactions on your account.
While Uoiea takes reasonable steps to protect your account and the Sites, it cannot guarantee the security of your information outside the Sites. For example, communications sent via unencrypted email are not secure, may not be stored securely, and could potentially be viewed by others. By requesting information via email, you acknowledge and accept that Uoiea may transmit and store such information in an unencrypted form.
Uoiea may rely on the authority of anyone accessing your account or using your password. In no event will Uoiea be liable for any damages or losses arising from or related to:
(i) Any actions or inactions taken by Uoiea under this provision;
(ii) Any compromise of your account or password confidentiality; or
(iii) Any unauthorized access to or use of your account or password.

All Site Materials are owned by Uoiea and/or third parties and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

All trademarks, including their respective designs and logos, are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Uoiea and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Uoiea.
Additionally, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are trademarks and/or trade dress of Uoiea and are similarly protected from unauthorized use.
All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, company names, and logos mentioned on the Sites are the property of their respective owners.

Except as expressly permitted in these Site Terms, none of the materials or intellectual property described herein (including the Site Materials) may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means—whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise—without the prior written consent of Uoiea or the respective intellectual property owner.
You may electronically copy and print portions of the Sites solely for your informational and non-commercial personal use.
Any other use of the Site materials—including, but not limited to, commercial use, reproduction beyond the scope described above, modification, distribution, republication, display, or performance—without prior written permission from Uoiea is strictly prohibited.

If you register on the Sites, you agree that all information you provide will be current, accurate, and complete, and you will promptly update it if any changes occur.

By using the Sites, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

i. Upload, distribute, create, or otherwise publish through the Sites any submission (“Content”) that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, contains nudity, or is otherwise objectionable;

ii. Upload or transmit any Content that may infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party. By posting any Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to distribute and reproduce such Content lawfully.

iii. Impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

iv. Upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Sites any Content including charity requests, petitions for signatures, chain letters, letters related to pyramid schemes, advertising or solicitations for funds, political campaigning, mass mailings, any form of unsolicited commercial email or “spam” (regardless of compliance with federal or state laws), or offers or dissemination of fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions;

v. Upload any Content containing private or personal information of a third party without that third party’s explicit consent; and

vi. Disseminate any harmful content of any kind, including but not limited to viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, zombies, cancel bots, or any other computer programming routines designed to damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, program, data, or personal information.

All access to and use of the Sites are governed by and subject to these Site Terms. While Uoiea is not obligated to do so, we reserve the right to monitor any activity and content within forums and interactive areas on the Sites.
We may access and use information stored on our systems—including the content of emails or other communications—at any time for lawful purposes. Such information may be disclosed to third parties, including law enforcement agencies, to protect our rights or property, comply with legal processes, or in good faith belief that disclosure is necessary in emergency situations.
Uoiea may investigate any reported violations of our policies or complaints and take any actions we consider appropriate. These actions may include issuing warnings, suspending or terminating your access to the Sites and related services, and blocking, removing, or editing any communications or materials that Uoiea believes, in its sole discretion, violate applicable laws, these Site Terms, or the rights of third parties.
Please note that Uoiea assumes no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any content posted or uploaded by you or third parties, including but not limited to any errors, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity you may encounter on the Sites.

You represent and warrant that you have, and will continue to have, all rights necessary to grant the licenses to Uoiea under these Terms. You remain solely responsible and liable for any Content or other information you upload or transmit to discussion forums, interactive areas, or Photo Services on the Sites.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uoiea, its parent companies, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any third-party claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your conduct or actual or attempted violation of these Site Terms or any applicable laws;
Your submissions, including Content and Photo Content;
Any infringement of third-party rights by you;
Acts or omissions by any third party authorized by you to access or use the Sites;
Your violation of these Site Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the Sites. This website is designed primarily for adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Sites only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising the use of the Sites by children, minors, or others under their care, and agree to be responsible for their use of the Sites.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Site Terms, Uoiea reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate your license to use the Sites and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Sites if you violate any of these Site Terms or Uoiea’s policies.
Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination, and these Site Terms shall continue to apply to you even after termination.

If any provision of these Site Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that specific provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Site Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

All legal disputes arising in connection with the use of the Sites or any transactions with UOIEA Products Private Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located either in the state of shipment origin or in the operational state of UOIEA Products Private Limited, as applicable.
